This event is held to recognize the many outstanding performances by the men and women of the Garland Police Department during the 2009 calendar year.
 

The Garland Citizen Police Academy Alumni Association is proud to have the opportunity to host the GPD Awards Dinner every year. Members of the GCPAAA work very hard to make this evening memorable to each and every award recipient and their guests.
