Connie Johnston

Connie is a graduate of CPA Class #19 and immediately became an active member of Alumni. She has assisted the CPA classes with the Drive and Shoot and all of the officer cookouts since joining Alumni. Connie has worked at the Cotton Bowl fund raising as well as the Star Spangled 4th last year.

At a past Police Awards Dinner, Connie received a "Citizen Merit Award" for assisting an officer during a domestic dispute call. She pulled a woman off of an officer and kept her under control while the officer subdued a man.

Connie is a native Texan, born in El Paso. She has been married to the "love of her life", Bob, for over 50 years. She has two daughters, Durae and Cheryl, five grandchildren, three adorable great grandsons, Dylan, Carter and Ethan and a great granddaughter Hannah.

Bob and Connie owned and operated Mustang Cleaners in Richardson for 41-1/2 years. They are both retired but currently working at Quality Parts Warehouse, in Garland, which is owned by her daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Joe Bray.
