I am a graduate of Class 13 of the GCPA in the spring of 1999. I have been a member of the Alumni for 7 years. Last year I served as Vice President and previously served on the Board of Directors where I was in charge of "Special Projects". I will assist the other Officers and Board Members of the alumni as needed. I am very proud to be a member of this organization as I have made new friends over the years including 3 very special officers of the GPD.

The GCPAAA has given me the opportunity to participate in all of the following including:  The Officer Cookout, Guns & Hoses, Motor Cops for Kids, Drive & Shoot, Star Spangled Fourth, Police Motorcycle Rodeo, Fund Raising @ Cotton Bowl, and the Police Awards Dinner. I have enjoyed these events very much and look forward to more in the future.

Away from the Alumni, I like to spend time with my son Phillip and his wife Kristal, two grandsons Christian & Andrew, my daughter Amy, and my Mom (who used to make many dozen homemade cookies for the Officer Cookout). Phillip has worked for the Garland Police Department almost 10 years, and Amy recently graduated CPA #24.
