In Memory of

Ron was a graduate of CPA Class 18 and served several years on the Board of Directors. Ron assisted with SWAT team training, the Drive and Shoot portions of CPA Classes, and competed in several GCPAAA "Shoot Out" competitions. He assisted with the Officer Cookouts and worked security for the Guns & Hoses boxing tournament, Security for the Star Spangled Forth and assisted with various training exercises for the GPD recruits. He also maintained our membership database for several years.

Ron was a native of Mississippi and moved to Texas about 22 years ago. Ron, and his wife Sheila, moved from Plano to McKinney almost two years ago. They have two children, Melissa and David. Melissa, and her husband Todd, reside in Amarillo with their son, Will, and daughter, Taylor. David, and his wife Abby, reside in Richardson with their daughter Sydney. David is one of our fine Garland Police Officers. Ron was the Director of Information Systems at Baylor Regional Medical at Plano.

Ron was a dedicated member of our alumni and a friend to everyone. He will be missed by all.
